Christina Ueberschär

Collegiate nº 909 at Ilustre Colegio Oficial de Veterinarios de Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

I’m graduated in veterinarian medicine by Universidad de Córdoba (2015).

Since I was little I loved caring animals and, without a doubt, I wanted to dedicate to this beautiful profession.

After studying, I dedicated some years in working and forming in many clinics, hospitals and shelters. But I always had in mind my perfect destiny. Come back to my beautiful island La Palma.

Then, in November of 2019, it came across and idea to create a different service, a home clinic service. That’s how HomeVet started.



HomeVet, from the hand of Christina, is the best care I can give to my chihuahuas.

The custom care and at home,it makes that our spoiled dogs cannot suffer from stress, and the fact of not having to make long queues with them in arms while they are uncomfortable looking at the rest of animals, that’s priceless.

And if we add the passion, patience and professionalism which Christina treats our pets, what more can we ask for. Thank you Chris for all of your love !!

HomeVet hasn’t only changed the life of my puppies, it also has changed mine, we have gained time and comfort with her home service, but the most important thing is that we have a vet now true concerned for my dogs health at the same time she’s prepared for her job.

She’s very commited to find the correct diagnosis to optimize the treatment, that’s something that I thank a lot, not giving medication without logic to my dogs.

Christina came to my home to put the microchip implantation to my dogs, furthermore to the annual vaccinations and to make a review of them. As always she’s been super fast, lovely and very efficient.

My dogs are always pleased with her treat at home. They are a lot more relaxed and happier at home because they don’t need to go to the clinic and stay in a waiting room without knowning what will happen.

I recommend her 100%.

What I consider of Christina is the peace of mind way she treats our animals. She also researches the medical history of the animal and treats from that.

She makes a coverage with tips on clinic conditions as well as she has very good contact with other vet clinics. Great!
